So last night was my catalog premiere - what a FUN night! (that is also why no sketch this week!) I was so excited to get our new catalog into everyone hot little hands - and boy was there a lot of LOVE in the air. Here are the two cards we did for our make and takes:

I just LOVE that background stamp! There are others that come along with it but it is the Big Daddy! :-) I wanted to use the Gem collections too because that is my new fav accessory! They are a great deal too!

I have fallen head over heals for the copics! I also heard someone last night (you know who you are!) at the beginning of the night say " I am NOT buying copic markers!" Then after she finished her card she said "I want the copics now!" If you have not seen how TAC has set up the Copic Caboodles sets - you have got to check it out! 4 sets of thre blending combos make it so easy to color with these markers - already picked out and tell you what to use together - and if you really need it simple - we have cardstock that coordinates with the sets too!

Coral/reds: R20, R22 and R17
Greens: YG91 and YG95
Yellows: Y17 and Y38

When I get the Caboodles I am sure I will adjust these a little as I jumped color ranges and basically broke all the "easy" rules of copic coloring because I did not have trios in the shades I wanted. So if you have the Caio sets then you have these!

So those were the make and takes last night! I think everyone enjoyed being able to see how the copic markers work. They really are a dream.

I was able to give away $150 in prizes last night too! with everyone getting atleast $5 to order something new! I also had 3 big prizes of $30, $20 and $15 and 2 half price items and a hostess set too! Plus everyone got to check out all my seminar trades and projects and the display boards that I, Seleise, Debi and Barbara won at seminar.
