I am so excited to share today's card! I was playing around with the Impressabilites and some of the DCWV white cored papers - and came up with this most luscious yummy background!
I started with a piece of Limepeel green and I ran it through my big shot with the Flourishes Impressability. Then I sanded the surface a bit to bring out the texture a little more. Then I got a hankerin' for some shabby chich old world feel - and I sponged the edges with Burnt Umber - using the soft sponging method where you rub in a circular motion - but start OFF the piece first. The Pearl accents just add the perfect toch don't you think? These ones are from the Clear and Pearl Gem collection - which I am gonna have to get a few extra boxes I am grabbing them for everything lately.

This is gorgeous! I WANT that Impressability. bad. Know anywhere I could get it? hehe!
