Happy Monday! I am trying to convince myself of that anyway! Lets jump start with todays Sketch - maybe that will help?
Be sure to add a linky so we can all check out your creation!
New month - new specials - be sure to check them all out! (you can click the buttons to see the specials on my secure shopping site)
This week I have Stamping Night Out on Thursday - fun fun! I have so much new stuff to play with from the specials and Serendipity I can hardly decide what to do! It is always a recharge to my mojo to get new stamps! Does it work that way for everyone? Now if only I could fabricate more time - THEN I would be in business!
Poor Logan is home sick today - he had a high fever yesterday and a low one yet this morning. He wanted to go to school SO bad this morning because he got a new pair of shoes over the weekend. WHoo hoo! He cracks me up. He didn't fight me too hard on staying home and watching cartoons all day...
Laney on the other hand had a real rough morning! That girl is going to drive me to some serious meds I think! Either High blood pressure, Depression, or SOMETHING!! Girlfriend had ALL day yesterday to clean her room. We told her like 8 times - if she did not get it cleaned up she would not be able to do stuff this week when she asked - like have friends over or play on her gameboy. Did she even pick up one little thing all day? Of course not! So this morning when she found out it was going to be too cold for outside recess - she wantes to take the gameboy to school. Uh excuse me? Did you clean up your room? SO the fit begins. SO much that she is trying to clean up her room in the few minutes before school. I don't think so sweet cheeks. This is the day you are going to learn that you have to do what we say when we say - and if you don't then you have consequences. Again? Yes this will be approximately the 50th time we have tried to teach her this lesson. It is exhausting!!! I am SO terrified of her turning 16. Seriously.
She proceeded to get grounded in the car for kicking my seat one last time after i told her not to or she would be grounded. The Queen of one more time I tell ya. SHe did it and then when i said ok you are gounded - she actually argued that she did not kick the seat. Obviously I must be a moron. A slam of the door goodbye - with me saying "I hope your day gets better..." and then repeating it to myself the whole way home. Did it? Not yet! But it will - I am sure of it.
SO off I go to get some real WORK done. I cleared of a tiny spot on my desk yesterday - so I am ready to clear some more and get to creating!

So sorry your week started this way. Your sweet girl sounds a lot like mine! Is it a girl thing? Hope that things are going smoother for you! Thanks for all the insiration I find here on your blog!!

I had a girl and a boy and it is definitely more of a girl thing than boy thing. My DD was lucky to live to see the age of 14! She is 33 now and has her own 2 little girls. She and I get along very well now but that didn't happen until she moved out on her own to go to university.
PS Love this sketch!
