We have an escapee in the house - one of the fattest fussiest Ginormous Black Caterpillars you have ever seen! We woke this morning to an empty bug box. Hmmmm.... I wonder where he will turn up. Actually we were debating yesterday if it was a girl or a boy - how do you tell on a caterpillar?
My card for the sketch this week is up for today. I am actually not sure if I am done with it or not! I designed it for my fav swap - one I have hosted for what 8 years now girls? (SO if you do not want to see this months swap card don't peak!) Isn't it just amazing we have been swapping that long? wowzers! On to the card...

I am seriously not done with this one - it needs something! I am thinking copper brads or eyelets in a row above the snowman on the blue or?? When I get home from Bible study today I will see what I come up with and add to this post if I do indeed add anything! I do just LOVE the coloring on this little guy though! I colored him and then at the very end added a tiny weensy bit of purple in the shadow and shaded areas of the whole image! On the snowman, his hat and tie and all. Right on top of the blue and brown and white. Luscious! It looks great with the Winchester SWIC papers.
Back update - still hurts! Better this morning though I think - but I may still go see the Dr. So out of the chair I am gonna get!

Heather,
I love your coloring too! Looks great!

absolutely fabulous coloring and great card. I think I'd add dew drops. :) I think it looks great as is but some copper accents would be lovely. :)

LOVE the little purple shadows. You totally pegged the coloring on the snowguy, it matches the Winchester perfectly.
